NOTES:
**This document, when order confirmed by CLIENT, constitutes a binding legal AGREEMENT. CLIENT agrees that upon Logic Promotion Ltd’s acceptance of this order, with or without appropriate payment of fees for participation, options and services, this AGREEMENT shall become a legally binding order; enforceable against CLIENT in accordance with its terms.
- The price EXCLUDING any lighting and delivery cost.
- Any additional work or modification, which will be required a new agreement.
- Cancellation charge / Handling Charge (charge to CLIENT) :
For any reason*** to cancel and /or suspend the contract, the following charge would be imposed.
– 100% of the total order value shall be charged if the contract cancelled by any reason.***Any reason including change the date(s) of the Exhibition to other date(s) (including but not limited to postponing to later date(s)) by the Organiser, or cancel, alter in character or mode, reduce in scale, shorten or extend the duration of the Exhibition at any time. And also including but not limited to latest legislative amendments, directions and specifications under the Prevention and Control of Disease Ordinance gazetted for COVID-19, severe weather, natural disasters, fires, floods, earthquake, war, epidemics, health concerns (such as outbreaks of the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome, bird flu or other health threats), fear of terrorist attack, riots, public assemblies, public demonstrations, public order incidents, travel restrictions, trade sanctions, curfew, epidemic, embargo, civil unrest, legal proceedings, industrial disputes of whatever nature, government regulations, the lack of or refusal to grant any government or third party approvals, permits, consents or licences, major disruption of transport system, system malfunctions or failure of telecommunications or other electronic communications. - Subject to the policy’s terms and conditions, Logic Promotion Ltd. reserved the rights for any changes or any amendment.
